Willie Schlechter is a Cape Town-based fine artist. His botanical paintings have received awards locally and internationally.
He approaches his botanical subjects in the same way as he does the human figure, with a definite , yet analytical investigation, while at the same time capturing the personality and essence of the plant.
Many of Willie’s botanical paintings are digitally reproduced and manufactured locally into a series of bespoke interior products.
